Is monchhichi the german name for Kiki?

It is!

Kiki (de son nom d'origine "Monchhichi) est né le 26 janvier 1974 à Tokyo. Son créateur, Koichi Sekiguchi, majeur fabriquant de poupées au japon, imagine cette peluche dans le but d'initier les enfants à l'amour et au respect.

monchichi is a strange name

at least, with kiki, you can say 'c'est qui qui a mangé le cookie? bah c'est kiki qui a mangé le cookie'...
